United State Open Higher
On Tuesday 21st December 2010, the Major of U.S. stock indexes have been opened higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is ahead three-tenths of a percent, while both the S & P 500 and the NASDAQ are up four-tenths of a percent.
European markets are also advancing. London's Financial Times index is up nine-tenths of one percent. The CAC-40 in Paris is up one percent and the DAX index in Frankfurt is ahead eight-tenths of a point.
Tokyo's Nikkei index gained just over one and one-half percent to close at 10,371.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng index also went up more than one and one-half percent to finish the day's trading at 22,994. Gold is trading down $1.28 at $1,383.97 an ounce. The dollar is trading lower against the yen and higher against the euro.
