2013 Audi Quattro Coupe
The 2010 Paris Auto Show brought us many concepts, but while the Lotus Elan and Esprit are going back to the drawing board and the Renault Dezir will only get chopped up and used for inspirational parts, Audi is pushing forward with a production version of the Quattro concept. That’s right, the Quattro has been given the green light for limited production starting 2013.
The production will be based on the latest Audi aluminum space frame chassis with a body built from carbon fiber reinforced plastic. 2013 Audi Quattro Coupe will weigh about 660 pounds less than the Audi RS5 seen as the prototypes already tested. 2013 Audi Quattro Coupe will also have wheelbase, which was reduced by 150 mm and an inner place of false composites.
2013 Audi Quattro Coupe is powered by a 2.5-liter five-cylinder compressor with a standard six-speed gearbox. The 2013 Audi Quattro Coupe engine has 402 hp and 354 pounds feet of torque. Sprint 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds is made while the top speed is obviously limited to 155 km / h. Read also 2011 Audi Quattro Concept Rally and Audi Quattro Concept.
