    Exercise is an important activity, not only for strengthen your health and bodies, it also important for mental well-being too. Generally, there are many kind of exercise, which included volleyball, football, tennis, table tennis, dancing and swimming...etc. All of those exercises can help you sweat out the toxins built up over the week as you played with your partner or friends, as well as you just spend a little bit of money (1,000 riel or 2,000 riel) and need not worry about the place where you can play or enjoy, you just go to Olympic stadium every evening around 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm then you can enjoy with many people, even young people or old.
